Quant Wizards

I was recently invited to join Quant Wizards, an exciting new service comprised of some of the top quantitatively-oriented financial bloggers around. The purpose of the service is to give traders an outlook for the following trading day based on the aggregate market calls of each of the seven participants. A consensus outlook is derived by passing those market calls through an adaptive algorithm, and the result is a simple directional indicator for each of the S&P 500, the Nasdaq 100 and the Russell 2000. More information is available here.

You’ve seen me link to sites like Quantifiable Edges and CSS Analytics before, but I can tell you that I’m an avid reader of each of the participant sites, and that I was really excited about this service even before I was asked to participate. I’m generally kind of allergic to advertising and promotion, but I have no qualms about recommending this new service.

A subscription costs $299 per year. However, Condor Options subscribers are eligible for a 15% discount. Um, but wait, there’s more. You can try it out for free for a month. The service is still in soft-launch beta status, and I’m told the freebies and discounts might not last, so you should probably hustle.
